I love Boca but for some reason the night we went two menu items were not available which their menu is sparse to begin with. The menu item that my husband ordered was less in amount then what he normally ordered. Also our appetizer was pretty skimpy I felt for the price which was $16 for a meat and cheese plate. However everything did taste fantastic and our waitress was good except we did not see her for awhile to get our order in which I think she was probably extremely busy since Boca was packed that night. Service was spectacular and the food was amazing.
The food is inventive, unique and excellent. The restaurant is casual and funky. Not exactly intimate due to sound levels but there is so much to see and experience. Make plans to experience a meal here. I suggest reservations.
We arrived and were immediately shown to our table for four. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. When we told her we were going to the Asolo for an 8:00 performance she put our order in right away and was right there with our check at the end of the meal. Love this place ! Faves are strip steak, meatloaf, shrimp and grits and donuts for dessert.
Food, service exceptional. Noise level a little high. Tables tightly together, close to other party enough to hear their conversation above noise. Food worth the drive. Mikey great!
We really like this place - fun menu with unique offerings (very interesting), creative ideas, excellent food, and friendly service. Our server last night was very good - Ryan G. - informative, helpful and responsive. We especially liked the Caprese Salad, Brussel dish, Coconut Rice, Tuna Tataki, Spinach salad and Smoked Chicken dish. All good, and plenty. We really like the decor and energy of the place, but it can be a bit loud for our taste - certain parts of 1st floor can be very very loud.
Great atmosphere and vibrant for a night out with friends. We made reservations well in advance and we were very pleased with the seating. It was a great evening.
Not as good as previous visits. Service was excellent. Food was ordinary. Disappointing for us as we always rated Boca food as the best.
