Verified Renter We are about to sign on for our 5th year so needless to say, we love it here! Quiet neighborhood, our neighbors are friendly, we look out for eachother when packages are left etc. Office and maintenance staff here are friendly and they're always quick to respond for any issues.

Verified Renter This is a great place to live. When we've needed any maintenance, and that's been very little, the guys are here right away. The location of Bondale is perfect for us. Anything we want to do or go to, is 15-20 minutes away. The area is usually very quiet at night. Our neighbors are good also. People are generally friendly here. We came from Illinois, and are happy to be here at Bondale.
