Great place! It was beautiful with its hardwood floors. It was clean and bright. Any issues, are answered within a day. Theresa is a blunt, fair and kind manager.

Awesome Maintenance Department and Office Staff Last weekend about 2300 that night my work phone rang, after taking a call from work, I realized I was soaked in sweat and the apartment was extremely hot, the apartment was in excess of 90 degrees. I went to the breaker box and turned the entire unit off. I contacted the Bondale Apartment Office and the answering service took down all the information. Bondale Home Community It is a pleasure to reside at Bondale Apartments. The apartment homes are quite, clean and affordable. I really appreciate the prompt and professional service I receive from Bondale. I have dealt with other apartment complexes, but living here is a pleasure because of the staff, management and great neighbors. In addition, I can't say enough about the maintenance team. Verified Renter Security does absolutely NOTHING in this community. If you want to make a complaint. About anything pretty much, you have to call Security. Rent office management does nothing. I don't really think they care. I won't be renewing my lease. Neighbors can't park or try to be funny and take up room so you can't park. When taking a walk all you see and smell is dog poop. Drug heads will break in your car because Security doesn't do their job.
