Verified Renter Great affordable apartments with all the needed appliances. The only appliance it lacks is microwave. A good and safe area I’d recommend to friends.

Verified Renter Studios don’t have dishwashers which is stressful and was falsely advertised. But everything else has been good, the homeless issue—having random people sleeping in buildings has improved. Maintenance has been very helpful and quick when work orders are requested.

Verified Renter My wife and I like it here. The neighborhood, our building neighbors are good, and the very few times we've needed maintenance, they've been more than helpful. I only gave 4 stars, because I feel like will get better here as time goes on.
