NP Cinthia provides great care. She requested me to locate a therapist for trauma. At present I am finishing ADHD therapy. I am not ready to complete trauma therapy. She asked me several questions to confirm I have tools to help me improve how I address being overwhelmed mentally and emotionally. Based on the examples I shared she supported my decision to start trauma therapy later this year.
