Due to insurance changes, I have had two psychiatrist in the past three years. The last one I do not believe I was heard and I was unable to connect fully. With that, this office could not support my prescription renewals in a timely manner and for the past three months, consistently made my body shift to withdrawal. Staff notified me of balance, sent reminders of appointment. PNP Bubba makes it easy for me talk and he really listens. He reassured it’s ok to reach out if needed in between appointments. I have recommended him to multiple people.
