My initial appointment was thorough and I felt taken seriously more than in past other mental health care providers. I think Bonmente did a good job in matching me with a good psychiatrist who screened my existing conditions in detail. She took notes and asked good questions and seemed genuinely interested in my mental health history. The appointment was professional from a technical , objective and personal standpoint.
Doctor was super supportive and made me feel relaxed.
Dr Villa was very personable and easy to talk to. I felt confident with her
Lisa chan was direct clear and explained thing so I could understand. It was so nice to actually understand what the pill was supposed to do and not just subscriber something and I just do it hopeing it would work.
I can’t say enough positive things about Bonmente. I feel so fortunate to have been assigned to Claudette. She allows me to space to feel heard and understood without fear of judgement. Her suggestions are very helpful and I can’t thank her enough for restoring a sense of peace to my life.
Lisa Chan is very knowledgeable, explains things very well and I always look forward to discussing my treatment with her.
