I have been taking my (4) dogs to Borash Veterinary Clinic for 10+ years. Dr. Southgate, Dr.Borash and their team are all extremely knowledgeable and invested in providing the best care and needs for your pets. They are professional, compassionate & personable. We are new clients. Brought our dog here a couple times for routine vaccines and an overall physical. Very very nice staff. Very friendly and professional. Our dog is a little skiddish because he's a rescue and they made him feel comfortable. The follow up phone calls are very comforting. My only complaint is you have to wait outside. I understand the reason, for covid, but, we would like to be in with our dog to make him feel at ease. But, definitely 5 stars.

I recently had my first appointment with Borash Vet Clinic and was beyond pleased. Prior to the appointment, I spoke to Amanda, who was very helpful and pleasant. On the day of my appointment, Amanda and Danielle were very friendly, helpful and punctual. After my dog's appointment, Dr. Southgate called and informed me of all of his findings and went on to answer all of my questions. I can never say enough good things about Dr. Borash aka Doc, Dr Southgate and all the staff. They are always caring and compassionate. If you are looking for top notch quality pet care and customer service for your pet than bring them here.
Excellent vet service! Drs. Borash and Southgate are highly skilled as well as kind and compassionate. The staff are wonderful as well. We've been bringing our dogs and cats to them for years and we adopted one of our cats from them. Our dog, Millie, had cancer and needed surgery. She is now almost 16 and in good health due to their excellent care. I recommend them without hesitation.
I can't recommend this vet clinic enough. Staff was amazing today when I brought in my chinchilla. They took my monetary concerns into consideration and when we realized dental X-rays were needed Dr. Borash made sure to personally to them today to save me having to make a second visit as he knew I had driven from Lowell in order to see a vet that specializes in exotics. We have a 14 year old cat suddenly got really sick, she suddenly stopped eating and was vomiting on her bed and was having watery diarrhea for 3 days. We took her to vet and found to be really dehydrated and also lost a lot of weight. Dr. Borash and the staff were so attentive and helped our cat, gave her IV fluids and some medicine. We were really scared that she would not make it. Dr. Borash was really caring and reassured us and our cat got better after a week.
