Went here for the first time last night. Made reservations but was put on the patio. Sat at old junky metal patio furniture and froze. The food was not that good. Had to ask for silverware and everything request took forever to get. I was less than impressed and have no intentions of ever going back.

Our server was great. However, this is the second time we were there with a large group and they sat us in the narrow section by the windows. We were all freezing as the temps were near zero and no heater in that area. Hard to enjoy our meal when we were all freezing

Six of us were celebrating with two friends who had traveled here from Alaska. Monday 5/22/23 we were seated outside around 7pm. I'm not sure where the issue was, but the quality of the service and food was really poor, from getting our drinks (15 min), food (30+ min) and finally our check (20 min). Just left and had horrible service. Waited 35 mins for Queso. When it came the chips were crumbs. The manager got our drinks but it had already been 45 mins at that point. Shouldn’t have a bar tender wait tables if they are too busy. Never received an apology or asked how to make it right. This is not the type of place you expect poor service. Very disappointed.
