I called to make a reservation for our Anniversary dinner and was told they don’t accept reservations. I asked about the outdoor seating and was told that they have 35 tables outside on the deck and that they didn’t have live music last night so it wouldn’t be busy and for us to come out. So we drive 30 miles to the restaurant and when we pull up the place is (packed) and when we got inside we were told there was a little wait for a table on the deck. food was over priced and the bartender mischarged our recipe and instead of telling us and apologizing. he just upcharged the check when he brought it back. we talked with manager but he didnt seem too concerned or even cared.
Utter nonsense excuse from the manager saying “it happens” as to why drunken fools 4 deep are allowed to interrupt people dining. Not even a “sorry” .... their customer service sucks. Food was good, but I would have rather eaten at home with our friends.

Okay so we went last night around 6:30. It was my first time there. Total chaos. All the female employees were wearing short, tight skirts (obviously sex sells). It was so loud my friends and I could not hear each other! Food was overpriced and the best $260 bill for my party was not worth it. Not going back. Nothing but a glorified club on a lake- not a family or peaceful atmosphere in the least bit!
I went with my grand daughter tonight, and again just not impressed with the service. Was told a 30 minute wait for a table on the deck which I was okay with. During the wait, there were tables that remained unseated the entire time and our wait was definitely more than 30 minutes. Then once seated it took longer than I would expect to put our order in. As a first timer I would say it was an ok experience. We have passed it many times and there are always a lot of cars there so we thought we would give it a try. It was a beautiful night and we wanted to hear the live band. When we arrived, the parking lot and street were full. Luckily someone was leaving so we didn't have to park super far away. First walked in the hostess said it will be an hour and half wait for outside and a half an hour wait for inside seating. So we sat at the bar to eat Bar tender was super busy! Took a while to takeour oder! Food was okay! We both ordered the bacon burger only mine with no bun and actually was served on a piece of paper which I ended up eating and not knowing until I was almost done! Nice atmosphere but food was overpriced and was just so so. $14 for a Bacon Cheeseburger and another $3 if you want fries vs chips is pretty pricy. We'll try it again due to the great atmosphere but not sure we'll be regulars.
