Excellent service call-on time , friendly and efficient.
We've recently had our furnace cleaned and had additional duct work changes. Shawn was very knowledgeable and did excellent work in finding and fixing our whistle problem. We highly recommend Bottini!
I have been with Bottini for over 20 years and have found their prices and their customer service excellent. Last Friday I had a leak in my boiler room and didnt realize it was coming from the burner so I called a company who claim they do plumbing. They couldnt find the leak. On Sunday I heard water again and realized it was coming from my furnace. I called Bottini right away and they dispatched a technician within 5 minutes. We'be been with Bottini for over 6 years. We recently moved and we're pleased that we were able to continue service with them. They continue to be the lowest price per gallon compared to other companies around. I also love that they will always make sure to fill within 2 days. :-) my last experience was speaking with Sandy... and she was awesome! Extremely helpful and was able to get an even better price per gallon than expected. Wish I could give this company more than 5 stars :-)
Quick response, courteous, efficient and thorough mechanic.
My automatic scheduled delivery plan works perfectly. I have never worried about running low on heating fuel, particularly if I'm away from home for a period of time. Bottini's formula for calculating when to make a delivery is always accurate and without failure. The men who deliver are both friendly and polite. The office personnel are the greatest, particularly Kathy of Port Jervis. (NO bull, she's great).

I NEVER CALL TO RAVE ABOUT A REPRESENATIVE FOR A SERVICE LIKE THIS, BUT SOMETIMES WHEN PEOPLE ARE EXTRAORDINARY,YOU MUST. Horrible! In an emergency when I ran out of propane, just getting over Covid and three kids at home they refused to deliver to me because I was not an auto-filler and the person on call was rude and nasty. Called in the morning and they told me they had nothing for 2 days mind you it is negative 2 degrees outside. Unacceptable! These are not times to tell customers you cant or wont when its freezing outside and we have small children and have been a good customer for 3 yrs. Extremely disappointed.
