Although I ran out of fuel and it could have been a disaster, fortunately we noticed at once and Bottini came immediately. I appreciated the letter apologizing for this and offering a fuel level monitor. In general, I find Bottini to be very responsive. I'm sorry the opportunity for people to post comments has led to some snarky ones. I think no company can second-guess weather emergencies entirely. Many thanks!
I cannot express how happy I was with the service provided. The service technicians were at my home faster than I possibly could have asked for and they made the required repairs as quickly as they possibly could and got our heat working within a hour or so. Great job performed by your technicians.
