Walter was a complete Gentleman. Service was awesome and everything was explained.
Service person came at 1:30AM after working since 6AM during power outage after recent snowstorm. We were on generator power and burner was cutting out due to vagaries of generator power. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get the boiler running better until normal power returned.
After numerous days of analyzing supervisor Mike Oakley and Tech Steven Short found the problem. When Steven arrived he pulled apart the burner in no time and cleaned the the entire burner. He put the burner back together and we made sure that the system shut off and started numerous times. Steven went over everything with me and asked me several times if I had any more questions.
