We had 2 recent Service calls for the same problem. The tech on the first call 3/19/2028 did a very brief and in my opinion performed a very poor analysis which failed to fix the issue ( no heat/ hot water) we left on a trip on 3/20/2018 and when we returned on 4/17/2018 our house was at 30 degrees. We called and related what was going on and about the tech on the 3/19 experience and that now in 4/17 we had a house at 30 degrees and no hot water to the Bottini dispatch person and this time be a Senior tech came.
