The service tech was very polite and did a thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. Was there between the hours quoted.
The service person was great. He's been to our house before and is very knowledgeable about our specific situation.
Bottini tech arrive quickly during power blackout to determine why furnace was not starting using generator. Tried everything but was not able to identify problem. Later determined to be a loose (partially connected) partially connect cable that allowed some electricity through. High grade for responsiveness.
When we had a problem with the boiler in the evening before a storm (one of the many Nor'easters) I was quite concerned because I thought it would be almost impossible to get someone to come. I called the number and got the answering service because they were closed for the day. They said they would relay the information and have someone call.
