Tech and trainee were very professional. Explained cause of breakdown
Woke up one morning to the central AC not working and my AC company was out of business. Called Bottini and they would send someone to help. They sent "Rich", what a nice guy. He not only repaired the AC unit, he was very friendly, personable and a great person to boot. Our many thanks to Bottini and Rich.
Outstanding service , the company I was using left me with out heat for an entire week , I was told the part for my furnace was hard to get , after calling freedom propane asking if the part was it yet I was told maybe another week . The temp was in the 20s and getting colder . I remembered Vinny from the club always saying good things about Bottini , he said he worked there , and told us if we ever switched it would be a good move . Very happy with the service
Im a first time home buyer and I needed a propane tank/water heater. It is the end of November and as anyone can imagine, I really would like to be able to move into my new house before Christmas. My contractor suggested Bottini Fuel, and I am glad he did. Joe was a true professional and really worked hard to make things happen.
