Good service
Many years ago, my family was in financial turmoil owing thousands of dollars to utilities, credit cards, doctors, you name it. Bettini was the ONLY creditor who said "don't worry, pay when you can" They continued to keep our family of 5 warm throughout the winter. I will never ever forget their compassion and kindness. We will be customers for life. Thank you.
Were happy to be with Bottini since a few years now. They provide a reliable, efficient service. In the past we dealt with other heating oil delivery services here in The Catskills that were less reliable . You certainly dont want to be in a predicament where you run out of heating oil in the dead of winter which has happened to us. With Bottini we are on an auto-delivery plan that is reliable and effective. Their staff is customer friendly and efficient. We appreciate Bottinis great service and were happy customers !
Excellent service I have never been disappointed with their service
I've worked with Bottini fuel for 16 years and highly recommend them. The customer service team is friendly, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. I've done some comparative shopping, and their pricing plans are fair and reasonable - and usually the best deal! Finally, they've always made fuel deliveries on time, when they said they would, and for emergency deliveries, they've been very accommodating. All in all, working with Bottini has been first rate.

The Bottini technicians are wonderful. Very thorough and friendly. They also cleaned up the area they worked on. It was great and I would recommend them for their great service.
The service people do an excellent job
We have been thrilled with Bottini. Service tech MATT from Red Hook was soooo good & Bottini has provided a much better winter lock in price than our former fuel company. We highly recommend Bottini.
