Bradley Mech installed a new Lennox Heat Pump sytem last December (2017). We interviewed three companies. Price was competetive, but more important was the tech rep engineer who drew out the entire sysytem to be installed at our kitchen table, labeling all the parts, and speaking customer English, not engineer English so we knew what he was saying.
