Our a/c decided to quit during the recent heat wave. We called Bradley Mechanical and they sent Jon P, a tech out to see what the problem was. Jon P is extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. He answered any questions about the a/c that I had. This is our first time doing business with Bradley Mechanical and we are extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism this company's employees have. Great company to work with. Bradley replaced a big 3 1/2 ton heat pump system. Brad the owner quoted the system in detail. I got 4 other quotes some a bit lower, but from sales people that did not have detailed knowledge and I did not trust what they said would be done. PLUS they provide a temporary 3 1/2 ton heat pump outdoor unit to cool in this heat wave until the permanent one could be installed. Even came and serviced that unit when ants got in the controller.
