We have used Bradley periodically over the years and they have always been on time and good at their jobs. This week we had to call for an emergency and they were out the same day. When we had an additional issue a day later Stephen was here in no time and fixed it just as quickly. They will be the only people we call for AC/heating issues.

Kathy found the part I needed and Ryan arrived and installed the new parts - 2 visits including a fix... all in less than 24 hours! I started having cooling problems with my Trane unit June 1st. Bradley (Stephen) came out and did a spring checkup and found we were low on freon (pound to pound and half). He did a leak test for us and found the Coil in the air handler was leaking badly. Kathie (Customer Relations/Warranty) worked with me since our unit was still under warranty. Tracking down the outlet that wasn't working turned into something a little more time consuming than simply replacing a single non-functioning outlet, but Bradley Mechanical kept at it until the problem was discovered and fixed.
