We have used Bradley Mechanical for 2 years to do preventative maintenance on our HVAC system as well as duct cleaning . All the technicians who have come to do service calls were seemingly well trained and knowledgeable. They go over their findings with the customer in easy to understand language. I would recommend them .

Both our Service Tech Joshua and Phone Rep Rachel were very knowlegeable and competent and did a great job of providing us with options for our HVAC system and Joshua was excellent in explaing what he was doing and giving us information for what we should expect in the future as well as being very pleasant in our intereraction during his visit; earlier Service Tech were equally as competent and knowledgeable as well as pleasant in our dealings. The salesman and Technical Team were wonderful. They helped me through a difficult situation where my old unit was out of service. Then Due to a delay in installation due to Covid the team installed multiple air conditioning units to make sure we were comfortable in case of hot weather. They were polite and extremely understanding to our situation. The Supervisor also came out with the units and assured we were ok When the unit was installed they did and excellent job!
