On time and polite. Did find an unknown issue even though unit was running fine to us - a “capacitor “ of some sort that made our heat pump run less efficiently. Had to trust that as they are the experts.

First time using Bradley Mechanical, and had to call for after hours service when our second floor HVAC decided to freeze up! Technician Rusty, called within 30 minutes upon our message and arrived approximately 30 minutes later, coming from another call. Rusty could not have been more professional and courteous, dove right into seeing what the problem was and advising us on the options for temporary repair. Impressed with everything.

My family uses Bradley Mechanical to service our AC and furnace. They go thru both units cleaning and adjusting to make units stay in top shape. They take pictures of all the work and leave me a very detailed report. Bradley Mechanical installed my AC unit and they will be who I use when it is time to replace the furnace.
