After the investigation of your service call, the technician did discuss your options with you before proceeding with the work and you signed off on the repairs. Since you have a 13 year old R-22 system that was found low on refrigerant both parties were aware the system was leaking and a replacement was a better financial option then sinking money into a obsolete system. I had Mr. Bradley come to my house last week. Looks just like the advertising! He checked my heat pump and return in the attic, both need replacing. Now, I am a Senior who is fights health problems, limited income, with no family help! I have been without heat and just a small a/c unit in my living room for two years. I have never used Bradley Mechanical before last week. They were on time and ready to check out my heat pump, gas unit and air conditioner. I was amazed to see how thorough they were with checking out each piece of equipment. I have never had any company do that extensive of a maintenance check. I paid more for this service but it was well worth it...you get what you pay for! I will now continue to use this company for my heating and air units!
