I called them several times on their plumbing emergency line when my mother had a burst pipe in her house on a Saturday. We called several times and they just hung up on us each time. Can’t UN-recommend these jerks enough. I can promise you I’ll never be calling them for anything again.

EDIT: Updated from 1 Star to 3 Stars on Google. {Original work was done on Friday, I received a call first thing Monday morning to follow-up on my complaint and they sent someone else out right away to rectify the problem. I'm very satisfied with their follow-up and would recommend with the caveat that work should be checked thoroughly upon completion.} A simple 4 hr $1350 job lacked quality and professionalism. If I could award negative stars, I would. I have a service contract with Bradley Mechanical in Chesterfield VA and contacted them after my unit was not producing any heat. When the technician called me back, he was rude and would not let me speak, kept asking me was my unit working... me not be an expert was trying to explain what was going on and maybe he could tell if it the until was not working properly. In these tough times all are going through, business must be good for this company. Located in Chesterfield but they don't come to Powhatan County. And it never helps for the person responsible for answering inquiries to be rude and not respond back to you.

We will no longer be using Bradley Mechanical for any of our heating and air needs. After working on our generator for years, they no longer will. We will be looking for a new company. Do not recommend.
