I would say the experience was good, but not great. We didn't require communication from so many people at Bison Ventures - one single point of contact would have been more helpful. Or perhaps the underwriter person (Randi) and our mortgage/lender contact (Bridget) only. There was considerable confusion with the title company as well as to who was handling what and we had to follow up to get clarification. Bridget was very responsive, as was Randi. I appreciated the speed at which the team navigated the whole buying experience. Responsiveness was fast. My one piece of constructive feedback would be to slow down a bit and explain processes and what to expect at the next steps. As someone unfamiliar with the processes of closing on a home, it was intimidating at time to have an action required on my part and not really understanding what it was for or what would come next. The team was great and very efficient otherwise.
