Worst apartment, don’t waste your money I would give a 0 if possible. This has been the worst apartment experience ever in my 7 yrs of living in different apartments. This one is hands down the worst. This place needs to be shut down. There’s a reason there are so many availabilities of apartments on the website. Don't Be Fooled The photos and some of the reviews don't tell the whole story. The gates are always broken. Residents are loud, both when walking in/around the buildings, and in their cars in the parking lots. They think loud cars are cool, as well as blasting music as loud as possible. There is always trash on the ground. The recycling dumpsters are always full of trash, and often have trash piled up beside them. The main trash dumpster is overflowing on the weekends. Needs some improvements Apt is decent. The gate hardly ever works. Grounds not the cleanest. Recently implemented visitor parking and none of the visitor spaces are ever available. Very inconvenient. It’s not enough visitor spaces for the amount of apts they have. Property manager is constantly changing.

Verified Renter Brentmoor apartments is a great place to live however the new management company that has taken over is not good at all. The front office people that are working are not working to the best of their abilities. They are not putting in work orders on time. The residence looks extremely dirty they are not power washing outside. Its embarrassing for me as a resident for anyone to come and visit here.
