Business response:
Hi, Kristin. We appreciate the kind words and are glad to have provided you with a positive patient experience!
I love doctor Richards, he is awesome at what he does and he is willing to fight the insurance companies and anything or one that gets in the way of his pateints getting the help they need. I am 8 days out from surgery and they took stitches out today. I can use my rt. hand more now than before the surgery. I'll see him in 4 weeks to make sure everything is still working and doing great! He is a kind and caring Dr. who works for his patients and not the insurance company like other Doctors do. I am so thankful to have found Dr Richards for my care. I had heard good things and was very pleased with my care and Dr Richards knowledge. I have hand joint pain, some joints worse than others. Dr. Richards said conservative treatment would help the stiffness and pain and increase my fine motor use. He injected the worse joint skillfully. He told it me would hurt worse for the first night but feel better with each day. It did get better after about 8 hours and has been so much better for months now. I appreciate his care a... read more
My experience with Dr. Richards was amazing. The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Richards listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. He gets 5 stars from me.
I am a repeat customer of Dr. Richards for hand surgery of the CMC Joint due to Arthritis pain upon movement. He gave back the ability to use both hands to function in everyday life and for that I am grateful. The 2 surgeries were about 7 years apart, but the same talented surgeon has given me back the use of both thumbs. He is the best, kind and caring. Many thanks to him and his staff
EXCELLENT Dr. I would highly recommend him! Had a total elbow replacement done.
