I was incredibly disappointed. He spoke to me with a chip on his shoulder from our first appointment. He performed surgery on my hand and when it was finished he walked out and I haven't heard a word since. He didn't check in with my family who was waiting to see how I was and he wasn't at my post op appointment. He told me the recovery would be about 10 days. It has been over 5 weeks and I still don't have normal function back.
I was very disappointed with the way we were treated by Dr. Richards. I will never return and would never refer anyone to him. He didn't not explain anything and acted as if he did not have time for us.
