The service was fantastic! Eddie was energetic and very helpful. I had the Touchdown burger; savory and just the right amount of spiciness.
My husband and I dined here in July and had a good time. The food I ordered was delicious, so I was happy to go back with my family and friends to discover this new Laughlin gem. Regrettably, we did not have a chance to eat there nor will I try to in the future. We had a "large" party (7 people) and were told they could not accommodate us since they closed in an hour and a half but the wait would be 2 hours. A little gem within the Tropicana. We Arrived during Sunday Football and were seated promptly. Food was great. Service was great. Wish they had a larger selection of their own brews but the selection decent. We will be visiting again!
Wife and I came out here to mess around on the river and have some fun at the casinos. We came across this tap house and we were all very impressed. Great beer selection and great menu. Nice area too with a lot of tv's. Our server was very cool but I can't recall her n
While the food is OK. Management is rude and unhelpful. At least if you go in with a large party. They either don't want large parties or they don't know what they're doing. They were unable to move more chairs to the large table we were sitting at to accommodate us all. Apparently it's Management's policy not to move chairs. Which would have been OK, but they were quite rude about it. After trying the place twice with large parties' none of us will go there again and we advise people we know of the rudeness.
TRUFFLE BURGER is AMAZING!! The onion ring tower is great too. We ate here two months ago and had to come back to try more items on the menu. We also wanted to bring family to try it. The chicken on the chicken sandwich is not good, it was chewy and flavorless but the fries are awesome. The food was pretty decent. We ordered a few apps. The burnt ends were kinda dry- at least half of the meat was. The flat bread was good and fries as well were pretty tasty. All in all not a bad experience..
I don't know what time this place opens but we were there at 12:45 (yelp says noon) and a rope was up so you couldn't walk in. We thought we could sit at the outside bar and just grab a beer but we were seen and not acknowledged. The guy was too busy cleaning or switching out menus. We were so excited to taste a couple things but very disappointed by the lack of service. We waited about 10 minutes without being spoken to before we left.
We dined here and enjoyed the food and ambiance very much. Not sure why it has a lower rating. For Laughlin the menu and food was great and reasonably priced. The buffalo chicken salad is very different and delicious. Great nachos and onion rings. Service was a bit slow but it was very crowded and lots of big tables so understandable. Nice server.
