Normally I didn't give a low review unless it was really horrendous. We were staying in the Tropicana and decided to grab dinner on Saturday night at 9:30pm. The restaurant closes at 10p which is so crazy to me since that weekend there were football, baseball, and soccer tournaments going on. I'm sure this is like the best weekend of the year for these properties so you would think they would pivot to assist with the demand. Well the answer is no. Service was garbage, food was garbage, staff couldn't care less if you had a good experience or not. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I went to Brew Brothers with two friends yesterday 11/1//2020. Though I had never been there I was not impressed at all. Of course they are doing their covid precautions thing and they did a decent job of that. One friend and I ordered bacon cheeseburgers and the other friend had a Ruben sandwich. None of the food was great but the Ruben was horrid. My friend ate some of hers and asked the other two of us to taste the meat...which was promptly spit out! First - the costumer service is horrible- honestly, they need to take lessons from chick- fil-A. They told us the wait is 1hr- we were seated in 15 mins because we decided to wait, I really feel they amp up the time so maybe you'll go away. 2nd- food took forever to get there- I didn't eat until 2 hours later- all our waters needed refills and our waiter was no where to be found. Visited this place for the first time over the weekend , the hostess lacks customer service . She seemed annoyed and bothered we asked questions .The food over all is ok not worth the hour wait it took to be seated.

on Saturday the 26th myself and family 5 in total, dressed head to toe in our laker gear headed down early to get a table here to watch the playoff game (lakers). myself and my mother asked our server countless times if the game was going to be turned on he replied "it should be its the playoffs" mind you there were two other tables with PAYING customers in full laker gear and also people in line waiting to get in. so when 6pm (game time) rolled around and the game wasn't on and poor Chris (such a sweet man) seemed as if he ... read more

I want to start by saying the chicken wings were really good and that's why it gets a star. Service was absolutely awful! I was one of the first customers to be seated, ordered a drink and wings from the appetizer menu right away, it took almost 20 minutes to get a drink and about 40 minutes for the wings to arrive (the place was not busy while I was there) By the time my wings arrived I was done and ready to leave. I'm so disappointed with this place, I will not be returning.

great staff lorena and chris awesome people. gregg's burnt end glenn's smoked brisket sandwich is the bomb!!!! great place for food and sports

For a Tap house it is a 5 star. We ate here twice during our stay. The server was great and informative. The first time we had IPA"s that the waiter recommended at we loved them. He recommended the chicken and the pastrami sandwich, both were great. The second time we had mixed cocktails that were so refreshing. We ordered fish and chips and cheese pizza, both were great. This restaurant would be the only reason we would ever return to the Tropicana Hotel. I do not recommend the hotel.
