Absolutely the worst service ever. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to get a table which yes I get they were busy and limited seating due to covid but when we finally sat down it took almost 30 minutes to get our drink order and then we were there for another hour and we still haven't even gotten our appetizers. We waited over an hour and a half to get our seats at this place, which made me think the high turnover of customers meant that the food was going to be great. Boy was I wrong. Started with chicken wings and nachos, nachos were fine, chicken wings were undercooked. Both took about 45 minutes to come out. The ABSOLUTE worst service I have ever received! My mother and I ordered 2 strawberry margaritas and there was pieces of metal inside of our drinks. Let the manager know and she didn't care not one bit. I pulled the piece of metal out of my mouth and we picked up our clear margarita glasses and you can see metal chunks floating around in our drink! Food was ABSOLUTELY awful as well. Normally I didn't give a low review unless it was really horrendous. We were staying in the Tropicana and decided to grab dinner on Saturday night at 9:30pm. The restaurant closes at 10p which is so crazy to me since that weekend there were football, baseball, and soccer tournaments going on. I'm sure this is like the best weekend of the year for these properties so you would think they would pivot to assist with the demand. Well the answer is no. I went to Brew Brothers with two friends yesterday 11/1//2020. Though I had never been there I was not impressed at all. Of course they are doing their covid precautions thing and they did a decent job of that. One friend and I ordered bacon cheeseburgers and the other friend had a Ruben sandwich. None of the food was great but the Ruben was horrid. My friend ate some of hers and asked the other two of us to taste the meat...which was promptly spit out! First - the costumer service is horrible- honestly, they need to take lessons from chick- fil-A. They told us the wait is 1hr- we were seated in 15 mins because we decided to wait, I really feel they amp up the time so maybe you'll go away. 2nd- food took forever to get there- I didn't eat until 2 hours later- all our waters needed refills and our waiter was no where to be found. Visited this place for the first time over the weekend , the hostess lacks customer service . She seemed annoyed and bothered we asked questions .The food over all is ok not worth the hour wait it took to be seated.
