I want to start by saying the chicken wings were really good and that's why it gets a star. Service was absolutely awful! I was one of the first customers to be seated, ordered a drink and wings from the appetizer menu right away, it took almost 20 minutes to get a drink and about 40 minutes for the wings to arrive (the place was not busy while I was there) By the time my wings arrived I was done and ready to leave. I'm so disappointed with this place, I will not be returning.

For a Tap house it is a 5 star. We ate here twice during our stay. The server was great and informative. The first time we had IPA"s that the waiter recommended at we loved them. He recommended the chicken and the pastrami sandwich, both were great. The second time we had mixed cocktails that were so refreshing. We ordered fish and chips and cheese pizza, both were great. This restaurant would be the only reason we would ever return to the Tropicana Hotel. I do not recommend the hotel.
We went with our family to celebrate our nephew's 21st birthday. We understand times are weird due to covid but customer service should be important. There is a nice and pleasant way to talk to customers and then there is the sour lady that works letting people in(calls herself a manager). I hate to say this but she is sour and beyond rude. Great food, beer and service from Michael! It was a little wait for the food but at least we had some beer while we waited!
Good food, but no vodka in my huge bloody mary and they would not make it right... for 15.00 it should have at least one shot of vodka. Nope!
This is me and my boyfriend's 3rd time coming to tropicana and our first time eating at the brew brothers house and honestly I wasn't Impressed everyone was slow the place was dirty servers weren't serving the wait was long and I understood why once seeing everyone running around short staffed were were waiting 10 minutes u til the best server (CHRIS) came and helped us right away and was so nice proper and so so quick it's like he knew we were getting anxious if it wasn't for Chris .. we would've walked out most definitely.... read more
