This place has the worst service. They open at 4p and staff is just starting to clean tables. We are 3rd in line with 4 adults and 3 children and they tell us they cannot accommodate us. There was no one in line that had reservations! This is the 2nd time we have tried coming to this restaurant. My recommendation is don't waste your time!
Darwin and boon we're amazing!!! Highly recommend when you're out here for a good time with friends. Awesome customer service!.
This place is amazing. Our server Michelle gave us great service and made sure our experience was perfect . Will definitely be going back and hoping Michelle will be our server again .

We were a party of 8 and everyone was complaining about how loud the music. This is a restaurant not a bar! The server could hardly hear to take our order! It was miserable!!!
Not good. Service was fine even though he was forgetting to bring sauce. Plus took about 50 mins for our food. Husband ordered a salad. Whatever dressing they use looks like vomit. This is a 50/50 review. Some bad. Some good. We were a party of nine in a casino restaurant during a very busy holiday weekend (Feb 2022). After we were seated it took twenty minutes before the waitress came to take our drink orders. By then we not only knew what we wanted to drink, but we were ready to make our orders. Orders we're placed. Twenty minutes later half the orders arrived. It took ten more minutes for the rest of the orders to arrive. Waited just under 2 hours for food. We were seated immediately, took about 25 mins for drinks. 1 hour and 40 mins after sitting, when we finally got our meal, my chicken sandwich was completely undercooked and inedible. Got one star for my husbands Mango seltzer he liked. Absolutely unacceptable for a place that's probably routinely busy on a Saturday night inside a casino.
Christian was our server he is amazing !!!! The ribs and burnt ends were pretty much the best we've ever had!!! This place is definitely a 10 !!!!! You need to visit while in Laughlin
