We came to eat here . After being sat . Our waiter tooookkkkk forever !!!!! To come even acknowledge us . Eventually by the time he did came he told us he would bring us water . We where a party of 5, we got there exactly at 9pm we were sited took them about 10 for the server to bring us our water. The table in front of us came about 20 minutes after us, they got their drinks before us gave us the wrong drink. My bf had been wanting to try this place since he's such a beerie (foodie, but with beer). He ordered burnt ends and a flight. I ordered a burger & the chocolate on stout. The flight was good. You can't really mess that up. My beer was awesome. The burnt ends were made from the wrong piece of meat (he's also a grill/smoker genius), and were either completely fatty or no fat at all. We've been coming to Laughlin for decades. This is the first time we've eaten at Brew Brothers and we had to give a review. The food we ate was delicious! My one bad review was the wings, just weren't prepared how I personally like them. The meat lovers pizza was the best I've had in a very long time. From the sauce to the sausage. Very good! My wife had the brisket sandwich and she LOVED it. Very good overall including kind waitress and busboy. Good job guys, we'll be back for sure.
I ordered a Cindy's Chicken Apple Salad. IT WAS THE WORST MOST EXPENSIVE SALAD I'VE EVER HAD! There was absolutely NO CHICKEN, NO PECANS AND NO BLUE CHEESE CRUMBLES!! There was PLENTY OF SALAD AND APPLE SLICES!!! The dressing was disgusting, a red almost warm sherbert like concoction. The only other dressing was ranch. I like light tasting beer. I had the brews Laughlin beer. I like it. The french fries were crisp and just the way I like them. I wish they were open for lunch but they open at 4. The waitress is nice & helpful.
We were excited to have some draft beer and flatbread today. even though the reviews were bad, we were going to give it a try. We walked in and the place was empty. The bar top VLTs were all turned off. There was a bartender, and he said the machines were off for Covid. We haven't seen machines down for several months...wtf. We won't be back here...ever. Trop is dead to us... Laughlin and Vegas.
For the most part I try no to do negative reviews but I'm going to make a public service announcement on this one. My experience was this: party of four walk in on Thursday 7ish. 20 minutes for a table. 10-15 for the waiter to bring drinks after ordered. The food was not good. My wife's rib plate was missing slaw. The cocktails are sad and one was missing the shots. I guess you could stick with beer but out of the 12-18 on tap there are only a couple good ones.
