We were excited to have some draft beer and flatbread today. even though the reviews were bad, we were going to give it a try. We walked in and the place was empty. The bar top VLTs were all turned off. There was a bartender, and he said the machines were off for Covid. We haven't seen machines down for several months...wtf. We won't be back here...ever. Trop is dead to us... Laughlin and Vegas.
For the most part I try no to do negative reviews but I'm going to make a public service announcement on this one. My experience was this: party of four walk in on Thursday 7ish. 20 minutes for a table. 10-15 for the waiter to bring drinks after ordered. The food was not good. My wife's rib plate was missing slaw. The cocktails are sad and one was missing the shots. I guess you could stick with beer but out of the 12-18 on tap there are only a couple good ones. Very satisfied with the food here. The fish and chips was delicious and I was tempted to order another one after I finished. The rest of my party also enjoyed their meals, but kept stealing bites of my fish. My only complaint was there was not really any options for small children, but it is a sports bar so that is understandable. It did take a little long to get our food, but our waiter was very friendly and constantly filling our drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. Who would of thought that such a fine looking place could be smack dab in the middle of a decent casino, but almost run down hotel? It's almost too pretty to be in a place that is in desperate need of a makeover. Came here two weeks ago during Memorial Day weekend cause after a long day, nobody wanted to go too far and boy was it a good choice! We keep trying to find this place open, as they have funky hours. We finally got in and the burger was ok and the beer I picked was good. Michelle was our waitress and she did a good job. They don't have any tasters for their beer, so you have to blindly pick a beer and hope you like. If you order a green Chile burger, you can't add onions. Poor service, our waiter went on break without telling us so we sat around for about 20 minutes before starting to wave anyone we could down. We ordered onion rings that said it had a Sriracha sauce that took over 20 minutes to get and apparently the sauce is just a garnish drizzle. When we asked for some sauce it took another 10 minutes. I highly suggest you go somewhere else and avoid Brew Brothers. Note, there IS an In-n-Out Burger almost next door. Advise get an In-n-Out and a 6-pack and go to your hotel room instead of Brew Bros. Not the best. When we got there our hostess was great. Got us seated right away and asked if we liked our table. However our waitress Michelle was not as good. Took her about 15 min to bring out the drinks and said that while they were making my drink the glass broke so they had to make another one and that was why it was taking so long.
