Clear communication, friendliness, and promptness. Mr. Williams is extremely friendly and explains things with a language that I could understand. I had a lot of questions and he responded to them directly with understandable answer/explanation. He guided me along my refinancing process and made me feel like he was on my side to help me out. Brian and his entire team responded quickly and communicated clearly on what was needed at every step of the process. Brian was incredible to work with. As first time home buyers, we were feeling a little intimidated, but Brian walked us through the process from start to finish.
