Brian was well versed in the mortgage process and let me know exactly what to expect throughout the entire transaction. Brian also was well connected in the mortgage industry so was great at communicating with the closing attorney and the realtor on my behalf. Last but not least, Brian happens to be one of the most friendly people I've had the pleasure of working with. I had worked with Brian on the purchase of my first home over 3 years ago and came to him when I knew we were wanting to buy again. I was super nervous about the logistics with selling and buying and he was so patient and answered every single question I had. He was so responsive (seriously... I began to feel guilty about my late evening emails). He gave great advice along the way and I felt more comfortable coming to him with questions than I did our realtor. Thank you Brian!!
