We have used Brian Williams three times now and there is no one else in Atlanta that I would go to for mortgage. Brian is super professional, ensures that everything is complete and accurate and makes the mortgage experience as painless as it can possibly be. Brian was well versed in the mortgage process and let me know exactly what to expect throughout the entire transaction. Brian also was well connected in the mortgage industry so was great at communicating with the closing attorney and the realtor on my behalf. Last but not least, Brian happens to be one of the most friendly people I've had the pleasure of working with. Brian is the type of person that makes consumers feel at ease about the home buying process... We need more people like Brian!

I had worked with Brian on the purchase of my first home over 3 years ago and came to him when I knew we were wanting to buy again. I was super nervous about the logistics with selling and buying and he was so patient and answered every single question I had. He was so responsive (seriously... I began to feel guilty about my late evening emails). He gave great advice along the way and I felt more comfortable coming to him with questions than I did our realtor. Thank you Brian!!

24 hour response rate to our questions/concerns, even on the weekends. Very quick to answer questions - very attentive to concerns. If he didn't have the information we asked for, he was clear as to when we would receive it.
