I had worked with Brian on the purchase of my first home over 3 years ago and came to him when I knew we were wanting to buy again. I was super nervous about the logistics with selling and buying and he was so patient and answered every single question I had. He was so responsive (seriously... I began to feel guilty about my late evening emails). He gave great advice along the way and I felt more comfortable coming to him with questions than I did our realtor. Thank you Brian!!

24 hour response rate to our questions/concerns, even on the weekends. Very quick to answer questions - very attentive to concerns. If he didn't have the information we asked for, he was clear as to when we would receive it.
