During the process of buy our condo we are very happy and felt lucky with the people who assist as. If I have to tell someone who can help them through I wouldn't think twice of giving Brian Cochran. He went out of his way just to make it possible especially with our hectic schedule. If he has to stay late he will just to accommodate us. He moved fast, was able to navigate through all the documents proficiently and communicate well with underwriting. The property was a short sale and he was able to meet the deadlines of the third party.

Brian was a dream to work with. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and full of questions. Brian was always available to answer any questions that I had.
