Brian was a dream to work with. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and full of questions. Brian was always available to answer any questions that I had. He also made sure to provide clear instructions for me and a quick turnaround for anything i needed from him. Our home buying process took about 6 months and Brian was there with us the entire way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He helped to make what is usually a very stressful situation a very enjoyable one.

Brian was the only one who answered my response on the internet, and also help me with the guidance on building up my credit score, for me to buy my first house. He is always watching out for me on the interest rates ( when to refinance and so on ). Fantastic person to talk to.

Brian was very personable, a straight shooter and knows options for his clients. He worked hard to make sure we got the best option possible and available for us. He was wonderful at communicating and clear in expectations for what we needed to do and paperwork we needed to obtain. After mortgage broker shopping, he was the obvious choice. He stands out. Brian provides excellent service throughout the entire loan process and answered all my questions thoroughly and accurately. My favorite aspect of his service is his responsiveness to my numerous calls and emails. He is also good engaging all the stakeholders to solve whatever issues that may arise during the loan process.

I have now used Brian on four separate occasions. Once to purchase a house, twice to refinance, and once to help get a 203K loan started. This guy is the best at what he does. Always there to answer any questions you have. I will not use anyone else when dealing with house loan issues.
