Brian was great, very easy to work with. I hate talking on the phone so Brian's willingness to work over email and text was great and very convenient. He explained everything well and took the time to explore 15 and 20 year mortgage options with me. At the end, Brian came out to my closing which was great as he was able to resolve an issue that came up while reviewing the loan docs.
Mr. Cochran was very knowledgeable, extremely professional, attentive to all details and needs. He had great ethics & integrity. I absolutely do business with him in the future & would highly recommend him to other potential home owners. You would not be disappointed!
