When we were starting to shop around to do a VA refi. We considered the availability of the person we will be working with. Brian was amazing to follow up with us and helped us do the entire process smoothly and easily. The staff especially Carey was always available even after hours or weekends when we have any concerns. We've refinanced several times and this was, by far, the easiest experience we've ever had. To begin with, Brian was expeditive in finding the best loan that fit our needs. Secondly, the process of collecting the loan application documents was made easy with the Floify software. Finally, Carey, our loan processor, was extremely communicative, replying instantly in some cases, and very helpful.
