This is the second refinance on our home we have done with Brian and came back this second time because the first time was so smooth. While we are in So Cal and not San Diego where they are located, with virtual support and online signatures, it was seamless and didn't make a difference they were not local to us. Brian and his staff were all very professional and helpful with our refinance. Brian is very personable and I felt as though he was really looking out for the best interest of my husband and I. He was very quick to respond with any questions we had about the process and he made sure we understood every part of the process.
