Brian and Carey are the best at what they do. They are on schedule and are always available to answer questions. They made my refinance process easy. My husband and I have used VanDyke twice and we have referred another family who also had a great experience.

I have now used VanDyk for a VA Mortgage twice. First time for Purchase and 2nd time for Refi. Each time the process was pleasant and professional, All my questions were answered. Both my loans were closed in a timely manner with no issues. I also referred my brother in the past. My brother's situation was a bit more complex but Vandyk handled his obstacles. He also did a refi with Vandky. I would recommend San Marcos, Ca VanDyk Team to anyone.
