We love the care we get from all of your colleagues ..the fuss they make of out Dogs making them feel at ease . Also the amazing care we get from Ilaria (not sure how to spell) she is the kindest gentlest person. She makes us all feel at ease Thank you Briar House Team

I am usually very happy with the service I receive from Briar House. However, yesterday, when I brought my two cats in for a health check, arriving a good 10 minutes early, I waited 40 minutes before the cats received their check-up. And that, only after I had pointed out to the receptionist that we had been waiting a long time. I can’t really fault the receptionists as such. They had their hands full dealing with several clients at once including taking phone calls.
We would have given a five star review apart from a couple of things. Firstly, the vet practice has an odd smell. Not sure what it is but they probably need to carry out a deep clean. Secondly, we paid the entire bill at the end of consultation and then we get an email saying we owed them an extra £6.00. Not sure why, and the reason given doesn't sit right. Whatever the reason for odd pricing, will probably look to change before the cats are due their next checkup in a years time.
Excellent from the vets , first class , informed on all aspects of surgery, however the reception needs attention, no one has a clue what’s going on, when you call it’s a fates, also after surgery that went really well, excellent, went to pay extra on insurance, this was all put in place pre operation. Then was told by a girl on the desk all money had to be paid , I told her we had a pre form , more stress from reception, one hand has no clue as to what the other is doing, Not sure what’s happening but wasn’t like this befor... read more
Misdiagnosed twice and charged extortionate amounts for treatment that wasn’t necessary

We have always received great care from everyone at Briar. I appreciate the time taken to explain treatment/drug/dietary options and implications and the follow up provided. All staff show kindness and compassion to all who come through the doors. We are very lucky to have the benefit of recent hospital status giving us 24/7 care 😊
An amazing team! The care, expertise and compassion from you all is astounding. Popped in to collect meds and 4 staff across 3 disciplines asked how my dog was doing - using her name, even though she wasn’t with me! Thank you all for your wonderful care, it’s been a rough few weeks
