Surprised the vets was open,, had a little wait as there was skeleton staff on but was served quickly and promptly and was with happy with the service

Amazing staff can not fault them my cat had a bad open wound day before Xmas eve and they sorted it out next day highly recommend briar house vets

Top marks to the nurse who patiently held the door open for us and other clients (when we arrived), to the lovely reception team who were ,as usual kind , caring and interested.in helping us. The staff are warm and friendly. I always feel that the vets are very understanding, and caring putting my mind at rest when things are realty challenging at times Alaria and Harrison have been so supportive with my fur babies when at times it’s seems never ending worries they above and beyond what is expected of them couldn’t ask for any better I have been at Briar House for 18 years and I thank them all for their support.
