Reception staff friendly and very helpful nothing is too much trouble. Vet handled my cat gently and carried out examination in a professional manner with full explanation . Briar House not only care for pets but owners too.

Service great. Shame about not notifying customers that Briar House is increasing its charges. Would be nice if these increases were highlighted to their Clients or even displayed in the reception. Some are struggling to keep their pets, so having a clear indication of cost might help some. Price lists etc should be displayed and customer told that they are increasing their consultation charges a few times a year.
