there is a... (Verified Renter) there is a mixture of tenant quality. i think family oriented folks should be aligned to a section that fosters it. Same with single folks and older folks. Mixing together impacts the atmosphere.

The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are a good value. The staff is wonderful and my apartment and the complex is in very good shape. It is quiet here and the surroundings are pretty. I like that there is a dog park here and the location is great in that it's near the bike trail!

It's not a... (Verified Renter) It's not a bad community, but only if you're not wanting long term. I met people who were long term residents, so don't understand why my rent increased so much, so soon. I can't believe this happened to long term residents
