Not a good place to live Apartments need lots of work everything is old and keeps breaking maintenance is really good but the office staff is horrible and is not very professional at all would not recommend to live here.

The price of... (Verified Renter) The price of the rent, the trash, and the speed on the corner of blueglade drive are things I would not recommend.
I wish someone had told me this............ This is a great place to live if you don't mind sharing space with snakes, mice, bugs and an occasional skunk on your porch. Residents are permitted to have animals and don't always clean up after them. Geese droppings are everywhere, especially during warm weather months. Requests to have maintenance clean the sidewalks can take up to ten days. I have seen Pit Bulls and other large animals on the property. One attacked my neighbor when she was out walking her dog. Policies are not clear I moved in 6 weeks ago. When I signed my lease they did not disclose certain things to me that now cost me extra money. When asked they were not willing to resolve the issue.
One of the worst places to live!!! Ever since this community was sold it has gone down hill. The only thing the new owners care about is collecting the rent. There is no assigned parking and a lot of the tenants have lots of guest which means you have to park far from where you live. When you complain to the office staff it just go to def ears. Not worth the amount of rent paid. Noisy neighbors too driving through the community with extremely loud music.
