I love everything... (Verified Renter) I love everything about this apartment complex. The location, the proce, the look of our apartment. The only thing that i don't like is the amount of geese around the complex. Theres goose poop everywhere. I understand there's a large pond and there's not a whole lot they can do about it but it's pretty bad. Cottage at Brice Grove I moved in a few months ago. I love my cottage with an attached garage. The office staff is friendly and pleasant. It is the perfect place for me. The smaller bedroom has been turned into office for me. The one floor plan is just right for my disability. I love the light that comes through the windows. The grounds are well maintained with mowers and blowers every Tuesday;come rain or shine. Rude Management Every time that I have an issue and I reach out to management, I receive rude responses. If there are issues with their vendors, they force their tenants to reach out to the vendors instead of doing their jobs.

DON'T MOVE HERE You will be sorry if you move here, unless you like your rent going up a big whopping 17% or higher at any given time just because they want to or having to buy new tires, the parking lot has never been resurfaced, pot holes everywhere, cars beware, and no updates inside the units, and some buildings even have the siding missing, but yet rent was raised an unbelievable amount, and the geese do their business everywhere, you can't even walk outside your door without tracking it back in, and it's up to you to c... read more

The whole community... (Verified Renter) The whole community had a TON of pot holes all year round, and winter they were even more awful. The walls between each apartment are very very thin and you can hear literally everything. The sound of your neighbor walking up/down their stairs sounded as if they were in your home, dogs barking, babies crying, yelling, etc.

All blinds are... (Verified Renter) All blinds are kept neat and no blankets up to windows. This takes away of the overall value of the property. it's a nice community and it is unacceptable to have no blinds or broken blinds with a blanket up to the window, especially at the front of the community where you can see it off the street.

The geese are... (Verified Renter) The geese are a huge problem - I have to clean up after my dog but nothing is done about the geese and the messes they leave everywhere. There are more bugs in this apartment than I have ever had. Can't open windows because screens don't fit properly and leave too many places for bugs to come in. The fixtures are old and carroded, and appliances are damaged. The carpet is very cheap and the floor underneath is not level. Based on the... (Verified Renter) Based on the service you guys are a 10. The weekend trash pile up however is the only reason I would not recommend this apartment community to others. I pay too much in rent to look at trash as I drive down my street on the weekends.
LIVING AT BRICE GROVE PARK I lived at Brice Grove Park 8 years (with a perfect payment history mind you!!!!)It was a such a wonderful place to live when Schottenstein's owned it but, within that time it changed hands, although the maintenance was good the office staff was simply horrible and non-compliant, one staff (Ashley) seemed to never there, and the other staff (Desiree) was rude , crass and very non-professional, it's a wonder how such a once,nice establishment could go down so quickly.
