Whenever I've had... (Verified Renter) Whenever I've had work order requests they have been addressed quite timely, and even this time I was notified of a slight delay due to storms and flooding. So I'm glad my concerns never go on for days at a time.

Because the intermittent... (Verified Renter) Because the intermittent issue was not present at the time of maintenance presence my suggestion to be proactive was dismissed. I was familiar with the issue because prior maintenance had resolved same issue in bathroom 2.
