I am always... (Verified Renter) I am always bragging about this place to other seeking a place to live in Richardson. The apartments are amazing, the complex is always well kept. Even the parking garage is power washed, as well as the hallway carpets. It close to the rail system, easy access to the freeway and if you are not a freeway driver like me, you can still get around through the neighborhood from Greenville Avenue or Abrams, plus it close to the new Costco.
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the activities that are planned especially the Richardson Police and farmers market events. I appreciate how intentionally the management is with upkeep of the apartments and making sure we are all safe.
This apartment was... (Verified Renter) This apartment was nice the best view of the park and pool. I was not sure at first about the rail being so close, but I found the sound to be soothing. A soothing swish. Location is great for either going north or south by car or rail. Quiet and safe. Nice police patrol and my dentist and nice places to eat in walking distance. When I first moved in they would change my light bulbs if I called. the spotlights are extremely expensive & now we are responsible for them! Not a fan!The bathroom lighting has a lot to be desired.
