They got me in next day for the service. Customer service was excellent. Shop service was excellent. The wait was minimal. When I arrived 15min early they took my vehicle back immediately.

It was a simple oil change and replacement of a turn signal light and all seems to have been completed according to plan. The only issue was a delay because the desk agent said the mechanics did not return the keys.

Everyone was very kind, professional, and fast at getting my car serviced. My only critique is that the waiting area is small and doesn't have many seats available and were uncomfortable. I would encourage an upgrade to the customer waiting area with better seating and tables.
